A well-established and high-volume automotive dealership, representing a premium vehicle brand, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior F&I Manager to lead their Finance & Insurance department. The dealership operates over two floors and sells more than 80 vehicles per month. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in supporting both the F&I and Sales teams, ensuring seamless deal execution, compliance, and profitability while upholding exceptional customer service standards. This is a senior-level position requiring leadership maturity, technical excellence, and the ability to drive departmental performance across the board

Minimum Requirements:
National Diploma or BCom in Finance / Financial Management / Business Administration
Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance / Retail Insurance / Financial Planning
Regulatory Exam (RE5)
NCA Accreditation
Proven experience in Finance & Insurance Management within a high-volume automotive dealership
Strong leadership experience at a senior or group level
Demonstrated success in mentoring and guiding other F&I Managers
Deep understanding of compliance requirements and profitability metrics in the F&I environment
Exceptional deal-closing, structuring, and persuasive communication skills
Ability to integrate with Sales and Management teams to support closing complex deals
Professional, customer-focused, and solutions-driven mindset

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the dealership’s full F&I process, ensuring compliance and maximized profitability
Act as a strategic partner to the Sales Manager, assisting with closing complex or high-value deals
Mentor and provide operational support to the existing F&I team
Motivate and guide the sales team to maintain deal integrity and profitability standards
Take ownership of departmental performance and reporting
Safeguard against lost sales by proactively engaging in deal structuring and approvals
Uphod and elevate standards of professionalism, customer satisfaction, and service excellence
Contribute to continuous improvement of F&I processes and overall dealership performance
