Vacancy: Senior Finance Admin

Our client in the skills development sector is seeking a Senior Finance Administrator to oversee the finance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing & implementing financial strategies; collaborating with senior management on decisions and conducting analysis for growth opportunities.
  • Leading budgeting & forecasting; managing cash flow & risk assessments and preparing financial reports.
  • Ensuring tax and regulatory compliance; managing audits and financial reporting and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Supervising the finance team; providing mentorship and leadership and overseeing daily financial operations.
  • Presenting financial reports to investors; updating stakeholders on financial performance and driving financial transparency and accountability.
  • Sourcing of working capital and investment capital.

Qualifications, Technical Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting
  • Experience in education/ skills development sector - required.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  • Strong IFRS knowledge and risk management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.
  • Proven team management experience.
