Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, Agronomy, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in farm management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale agricultural operations and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of crop science, soil management, irrigation techniques, and pest control strategies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
