Placements24 is seeking a Senior Facilities Sanitation Manager to oversee sanitation operations across multiple properties in Vereeniging, Gauteng. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with a strong focus on sanitation and hygiene services.

• In-depth knowledge of cleaning methodologies, chemical applications, and sanitation equipment.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in South Africa.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and budget management skills.
• Proficiency in facility management software and standard office applications.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, balancing on-site supervision with off-site planning and reporting in Vereeniging .
• Relevant certifications in facilities management or sanitation are highly preferred.
• A degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
