Job summary

Biovac is seeking a senior facilities leader to drive office and manufacturing facility management across Cape Town and Johannesburg locations. You will lead governance, budgeting, space planning, and refurbishment projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Collaboration with engineering, laboratories and manufacturing is essential to align general facilities with regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field; postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• Professional certification in facilities management such as CFM & FMP would stand applicants on good stead.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level leadership and governance for facilities management across Biovac's offices and manufacturing site.
• Develop and implement standardised policies and governance frameworks for facilities management across locations.
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, space planning and capital projects to support business needs.
• Lead office services including reception, admin services, driver and contract management.
• Coordinate with SHEQ teams to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
