Qualifications

• 8+ years in facilities management, with 4+ years in a senior role.
• Experience with large-scale venues, preferably sports facilities.
• Proven budget management, contract negotiation, and project oversight.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and groundskeeping.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• CFM certification or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, maintenance, and repair of all facilities within the sports complex.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure.
• Oversee capital projects, renovations, and new construction, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Manage vendor contracts and service providers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
