Job description

Highly reputable Property firm seeks a self-starter with a consultative approach. This pivotal role involves optimizing the lifespan of prestigious commercial buildings through creating and implementing integrated maintenance plans for the portfolio. The position also entails managing and maintaining facilities, offering a great career opportunity with a market leader.

Main Responsibilities :

  1. Manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance of facilities.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance plans.
  3. Provide technical and operational support to Portfolio and Operations Managers.
  4. Ensure compliance, conduct inspections, and liaise with tenants.
  5. Monitor installations, and conduct take-on and take-back inspections.
  6. Project manage refurbishments, redevelopments, and redecoration of buildings.
  7. Manage staff activities and deliverables.
  8. Share relevant information with the team and provide support.
  9. Issue orders and process invoices.
  10. Manage client-landlord relationships and respond to queries promptly.
  11. Effectively manage service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective services.
  12. Conduct building inspections and optimize building performance, including green initiatives.
  13. Monitor and investigate utility recoveries and attend meetings.
  14. Implement procedures to mitigate risks and ensure building compliance.
  15. Write reports and prepare OPEX and Capex budgets.
  16. Proactively manage the lifecycle of all assets in the portfolio and maintenance planning.
  17. Other key duties to be discussed at the interview stage.

Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc in Construction or Facilities Management.
  • Strong experience in Property Facilities Management and building environment.
