Brooklyn, Pretoria

An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned professional to join a well-established and dynamic team specializing in both local and international Events and Incentive Travel solutions. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with proven experience in end-to-end project management, from concept development to seamless on-site delivery. This role combines creative planning, logistical execution, and client relationship management across both the corporate events and incentives travel sectors. Minimum Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in the Events and Incentive industry
  2. Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Tourism, or a related field (advantageous)
  3. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a corporate environment
  5. Strong understanding of international and domestic travel logistics
  6. Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  7. Willingness and ability to travel both locally and internationally
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to briefs and RFQs with creative and strategic proposals
  2. Design bespoke incentive travel programs and event experiences that align with client objectives
  3. Manage budgets across all phases of the project, from quoting to final reconciliation
  4. Coordinate flights, accommodations, transfers, and full logistical arrangements for both local and international programs
  5. Lead venue and destination site inspections with a critical eye for quality and suitability
  6. Oversee execution of multi-day events, conferences, or incentive trips onsite and remotely
  7. Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships, ensuring service delivery meets high standards
  8. Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, providing top-tier service and communication
  9. Assist guests with travel documentation, including visa support and travel queries
  10. Facilitate regular project update meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  11. Lead internal teams and external service providers for seamless project coordination
  12. Maintain accurate administrative records, itineraries, rooming lists, and reconciliation documents
  13. Manage client expectations and adapt plans under pressure, always delivering polished results
  14. Ensure brand consistency and uphold professional standards across all client interactions
  15. Deliver creative problem-solving in high-pressure situations with limited turnaround time
