Senior Events / Incentive Manager required in Pretoria.
An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned professional to join a well-established and dynamic team specializing in both local and international Events and Incentive Travel solutions.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with proven experience in end-to-end project management, from concept development to seamless on-site delivery.
This role combines creative planning, logistical execution, and client relationship management across both the corporate events and incentives travel sectors.

Salary: R40 000 – R45 000 CTC per month Benefits include: Life Insurance, 50% Retirement Annuity Contribution, Uniform Allowance, Fuel and Cell phone Reimbursements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in the Events and Incentive industry.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Tourism, or a related field (advantageous).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of international and domestic travel logistics.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Willingness and ability to travel both locally and internationally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to briefs and RFQs with creative and strategic proposals.
- Design bespoke incentive travel programs and event experiences that align with client objectives.
- Manage budgets across all phases of the project, from quoting to final reconciliation.
- Coordinate flights, accommodations, transfers, and full logistical arrangements for both local and international programs.
- Lead venue and destination site inspections with a critical eye for quality and suitability.
- Oversee execution of multi-day events, conferences, or incentive trips onsite and remotely.
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships, ensuring service delivery meets high standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, providing top-tier service and communication.
- Assist guests with travel documentation, including visa support and travel queries.
- Facilitate regular project update meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead internal teams and external service providers for seamless project coordination.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, itineraries, rooming lists, and reconciliation documents.
- Manage client expectations and adapt plans under pressure, always delivering polished results.
- Ensure brand consistency and uphold professional standards across all client interactions.
- Deliver creative problem-solving in high-pressure situations with limited turnaround time.
