The role requires 7+ years in ETL, 4+ years DBA experience, and a strong background in dimensional modeling, data governance, and CI/CD for data pipelines. Collaboration with analysts and developers is essential to drive scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ETL development experience in enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of SQL Server Database Administration experience.
• Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modelling and data warehousing principles.
• Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD for data pipelines.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL solutions for reporting, business intelligence, and data integration requirements
• Translate complex business requirements into efficient and sustainable data solutions
• Optimise ETL processes and pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Lead and support migrations to modern ETL platforms where required
• Administer, maintain, and monitor SQL Server database environments
• Implement backup, recovery, security, monitoring, and performance tuning strategies
• Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, governance, and transformation best practices
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to support reporting and analytics initiatives
