Senior ERP Administrator (SAGE)

The purpose of a Senior ERP Administrator (SAGE) is to provide support and services related to the ERP software and digital transformation integrations within the Company.

A critical function will be maintaining relevant procedures and standards and ensuring that systems are efficient and effective.

The role incorporates:

1. End-user support
2. Execution of user access requests
3. Troubleshooting
4. Testing ERP and digital transformation applications

Desired Experience & Qualification:

1. Matric is essential
2. A tertiary qualification such as a BCOM Degree will be an advantage
3. Valid driver's license & own transport
4. Minimum of 3 years working experience within an IT / Distribution environment
5. Minimum 3 years of experience working on Sage (Finance, Warehouse, Distribution, Procurement, Product Builder, Manufacturing, and Planning)
6. Experience in a support function for an ERP system is essential
7. Sound understanding of accounting principles and concepts
8. Both practical and theoretical knowledge of customer service (understanding how to support users with different personality traits)
9. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
10. Experience conducting presentations and delivering training
