Job summary

NOA is building a world-class procurement function to deliver wrapped EPC contracts for renewable energy projects in South Africa. The Risk and Quality Manager will own the project risk register, quantify contingencies, and drive pre-qualification audits and fair RFP adjudication with auditable reports.

The role requires extensive experience in SA renewable energy, strong governance capability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while engaging diverse internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, risk management, quality management or supply chain.
• Post-graduate qualification or professional risk-management certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain project risk register for active projects across phases.
• Quantify time-at-risk and cost-at-risk for EPC contracts and COD.
• Coordinate pre-qualification audits and fair, auditable RFP adjudication.
• Maintain supplier databases and ensure probity in procurement processes.
• Manage governance, checklists and audit trails to ensure transparency.
