I am looking to speak with a Manchester-based Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant with extensive EHS compliance and regulation experience who is now looking to join a global team to help broker major corporate M&A deals within the industrial sector.

Responsibilities include both office-based and client-facing tasks: undertaking data room document reviews, confirmatory site visits and reporting, identifying/assessing and communicating environmental risks, ESG strategy, environmental due diligence reports, as well as attending due diligence client/deal team calls.

Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant requirements:
  • Degree qualification, ideally MSc, in a relevant field
  • 5-10 years of EHS compliance and regulation experience within the industrial sector
  • Experience in ESG
  • Ideally corporate M&A experience, although EHS compliance/regulation experience is also valuable
