LexisNexis South Africa, part of RELX, is seeking a Head of Corporate Sales to drive revenue growth and lead regional sales teams. You will oversee Sales Managers, Account Managers and Business Development Managers, steering a transition to consultative, workflow-led selling across AI-enabled productivity tools such as Lexis+ AI and Protege.

Qualifications

Significant B2B sales leadership experience in SaaS, legal tech, compliance, risk, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute corporate segment sales strategies and target accounts.
Own revenue across new business, renewals and account expansion.
Coach and develop Sales Managers; drive performance and accountability.
Embed value-based and consultative selling, including AI-enabled productivity tools.
Lead strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
Improve prospecting, qualification, discovery and conversion rates.
Establish disciplined sales rhythms: pipeline reviews and forecasting.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to improve customer outcomes.
