Main Duties / Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day to day operations of the facility.
2. Coordinate delivery of site services facilities and related contracts.
3. Track maintenance and repairs of equipment (both mechanical, instrumentation & electrical) records and equipment inventory.
4. Design a Critical Equipment Major Maintenance Plan.
5. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment.
6. Supervise and instruct site services operators and technicians.
7. Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires.
8. Ensure compliance with company or government regulations (safety etc); maintain up-to-date drawings & plans, municipal, and state licensing.

Level of Education Required:

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. Instrumentation related qualification will be an advantage.

Level of Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years' experience in an FMCG environment / High speed packaging lines / Utilities.

3. Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation aptitude.
