This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to take charge of technical and project leadership at a rapidly growing company.

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will oversee engineering, drafting, project management, and technical sales while driving innovation and operational excellence. With a strong focus on structural solar solutions, this role is a unique chance to make a lasting impact on large-scale renewable energy projects.

The ideal candidate will come with extensive engineering and people management expertise, with a strategic and operational mindset from a business perspective.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Engineering, Drafting, Technical (Carport, Ground Mount, Single-Axis Tracker), and Project Management teams

• Oversee the full lifecycle of solar structure projects, from concept and design to installation

• Provide expert engineering guidance on structural systems, fabrication, and construction

• Spearhead new product development and innovation to enhance scalability and efficiency

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, adapting to evolving business needs

• Ensure seamless interdepartmental collaboration to support commercial and technical objectives

• Maintain engineering compliance, safety, quality, and delivery standards across all projects

• Contribute to high-level business strategy and long-term company growth

• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally

Desired Experience & Qualification

• BSc or BEng in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

• Over 15years of experience in engineering and construction, including 10+ years in leadership roles

• Expertise in steel structures, large-scale infrastructure, or solar mounting systems (C&I & Utility scale)

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive technical excellence

• Deep knowledge of structural design, contract management, fabrication, and construction

• Strong background in project oversight, risk identification, and quality assurance

• PR.Eng registration is preferred

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
