Reporting directly to the Directors, this role plays a strategic part in driving operational excellence across engineering, drafting, project delivery, and technical sales.The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of 15 professionals and have full oversight of the design and execution of structural systems used in our solar and renewable energy solutions.
