Duties & Responsibilities

Your mission :

1. Maintain updated equipment long-term plan and risk register
2. Optimize maintenance strategies on equipment/process level
3. Conduct root cause failure analysis and closeout
4. Set goals and achieve maintenance KPIs
5. Create focused reliability improvement programs
6. Support quality management by upholding Mondi Engineering standards
7. Understand maintenance principles and strategies
8. Perform data analysis and reporting
9. Conduct asset criticality assessment
10. Develop maintenance strategies
11. Ensure compliance with Mondi Asset Management System framework
12. Contribute to group reporting
13. Coach, mentor, and manage the performance of direct reports

Your profile :

• BSc or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional or Certified Reliability Engineer (advantageous)
• 5-10 years of experience as a Mechanical/Reliability Engineer in heavy industry
• At least 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles
• Experience in the Pulp & Paper industry (beneficial)
• SAP system experience (advantageous)
• MS Projects experience (advantageous)
