Job summary

Fidelity Services Group seeks an experienced Technician to manage high-security installations across infrastructure projects. You will deploy and configure alarm systems, CCTV (analogue/IP), access control, and network connectivity at multiple sites.

Responsibilities include installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing top-tier customer service. A strong networking background, Code 8 license, and PSIRA Grade C are essential for this on-site role.

Qualifications

Matric/Grade 12 is required.
5–10 years proven experience in electronic security systems.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
Valid Code 8 driver's license and PSIRA Grade C registration.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, commission and maintain CCTV, access control, alarm, and related security systems.
Maintain fibre networking and perimeter protection solutions at sites.
Perform routine maintenance and diagnose issues efficiently.
Complete job cards and service reports on time, and uphold safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
