Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to manage and deliver complex electrical projects from a remote capacity. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional project management skills to oversee projects from initiation to successful completion.

You will plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders globally in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• B.Eng or M.Eng in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering, with a significant focus on electrical projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) and software (e.g., MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, vital for remote team coordination.
• Experience with contract management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of electrical engineering projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases of electrical systems.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations.
