Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex electrical projects end-to-end.
• Expertise in power electronics, renewable energy, and smart grids desirable.
• Proficiency with PSCAD and MATLAB/Simulink.
