Qualifications

• 7+ Jahre Erfahrung in großen Bauprojekten, vorzugsweise im Bereich erneuerbare Energien.
• Kenntnisse des südafrikanischen Netzcodes und Erfahrung in Wind/Solar/BESS-Projekten.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and overseeing the Electrical Balance of Plant (eBoP) design, ensuring quality installation, inspection, and testing of electrical systems on large-scale renewable energy projects. You will work closely with our design team, collaborate with civil and mechanical engineers, and play a key role in delivering projects that meet both technical and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, inspection, and quality assurance of electrical works.
  
• Oversee construction and ensure compliance with design standards.
  
• Manage contract requirements, financial data, and variations.
  
• Support site operations with breakdown intervention and risk evaluation.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering.
  
• 7+ years’ experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  
• Experience with EPC contractors or consultants.
  
• Knowledge of South African Grid Code and experience in Wind/Solar/BESS projects is a plus.
