Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial automation and control systems engineering.
• Expert proficiency in multiple PLC platforms, HMI/SCADA software, and industrial networking protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex electrical control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and robotics.
• Develop and implement advanced PLC programs (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000) and HMI/SCADA applications.
• Specify and select control system hardware, instrumentation, and power distribution components.
• Oversee integration of control systems with plant-wide networks and enterprise systems.
• Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing automation solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety standards (IEC 61508) and industry best practices.
