Minimum requirements for the role :
- A tertiary qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental science, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in effluent water treatment.
- Technical knowledge of water treatment processes, chemistry, and equipment, with the ability to design solutions using the latest technologies such as dissolved air flotation, clarifiers, multi-filter media, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Sales and technical service of water treatment products across industrial, municipal, commercial, and institutional markets, aiming to meet revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
- Managing plant surveys and designing solutions with advanced water treatment technologies.
- Preparing and achieving sales budgets.
- Managing annual reviews of key accounts and setting new goals.
- Training and motivating the service team and participating in sales and service calls.
- Providing monthly reports on customer visits.
- Servicing existing applications in various sectors including food and beverage, industrial, hospital, and HVAC.
- Preparing technical and commercial proposals and tenders.
- Driving growth by enhancing customer value and leveraging product advantages.
