Job description

Minimum requirements for the role :

  • A tertiary qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental science, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in effluent water treatment.
  • Technical knowledge of water treatment processes, chemistry, and equipment, with the ability to design solutions using the latest technologies such as dissolved air flotation, clarifiers, multi-filter media, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • Sales and technical service of water treatment products across industrial, municipal, commercial, and institutional markets, aiming to meet revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
  • Managing plant surveys and designing solutions with advanced water treatment technologies.
  • Preparing and achieving sales budgets.
  • Managing annual reviews of key accounts and setting new goals.
  • Training and motivating the service team and participating in sales and service calls.
  • Providing monthly reports on customer visits.
  • Servicing existing applications in various sectors including food and beverage, industrial, hospital, and HVAC.
  • Preparing technical and commercial proposals and tenders.
  • Driving growth by enhancing customer value and leveraging product advantages.
