Placements24 is seeking a Senior Educational Content Writer for a fully remote role. You will craft high-quality materials across textbooks, online courses, and study guides, working with SMEs and editors to ensure accuracy and pedagogy.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience, with exceptional writing and editing skills. You’ll collaborate with instructional designers and designers to deliver engaging resources used globally.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in English, Education, Journalism or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as educational content writer or editor.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading with strong grammar and style.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread textbooks, online courses, study guides, and other learning materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for target audiences.
• Develop content aligned with learning objectives, curriculum standards, and pedagogical best practices.
• Ensure consistent tone, style, and voice across all content produced.
• Research to ensure accuracy and currency of information in educational materials.
• Work with instructional designers, editors, and graphic designers to produce high-quality educational products.
