As a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you'll be supporting the delivery of providing the business with ERP and Cube Reporting solutions. This will help us excel and provide a platform allowing people to work smart and not hard to stay ahead of the game.

What you'll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

1. Run requirements analysis and documentation.
2. Development and maintenance of system documentation.
3. Assist with implementing new setups, functionality, and data migration.
4. User & Permission Management.
5. User Training.
6. Support end users with the ERP system across all subsidiaries.
7. Faultfinding on unposted transactions including integration transactions.
8. Ensure that the needs of users are met in accordance with service level agreements.
9. Support and assist with Power BI and reporting related functions.
10. Functional project analysis, requirement gathering, process mapping, and design.
11. Creating quality detailed briefs for small to large projects.
12. Ability to work alone on project related work where required.
13. Implementation and support of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
14. Build and expand on positive client relationships while developing an understanding of our clients' needs and requirements.

Essential skills you'll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
2. Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams with a focus on achieving shared goals.
3. Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
4. Exceptional attention to detail ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
5. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
6. 5 years experience as an NAV or Business Central Functional Consultant.
7. Extensive experience in the Financial Module.
8. MS Dynamics NAV 2015 and higher.
9. MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
10. Strong Microsoft Office applications skills.
11. Good financial awareness and business acumen.
12. Experience with delivery of end-to-end projects including design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, post go-live support, and reporting.
13. Be prepared to work in a 24/7 environment.

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

1. In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets including odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
2. Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations.
3. Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions ensuring adherence to legal standards.
4. Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
5. Degree or equivalent diploma in either Information Systems, Business, or Finance.
6. Exceptional experience in Excel knowledge.
7. Understanding of basic financial principles.
8. Understanding of usability and user experience principles in an ERP space.
9. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
10. Power Platform experience and certification.
