• Lead or participate in investment governance forums and ensure evidence-based decisions.
• Represent Symmetry to institutional clients, boards and consultants with credibility.
• Collaborate with Product, Distribution and Servicing to grow institutional assets.
• Develop talent and strengthen diversity within the investment leadership team.
