About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to oversee the Human Resources strategy and operations across our fast-growing EMEA and India regions. This role is critical to building a high performing and engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with diverse local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Partner with business leaders across EMEA and India to shape and execute people strategies that enable growth and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Mentor and develop HR teams across EMEA and India.
  • Drive automation and efficiency projects.
  • Manage regional HR budgets and resources effectively.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with significant exposure to both EMEA and India.
  • Proven track record in scaling HR functions in multinational organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws, employment practices, and HR trends.
  • Experience leading through change and driving organizational transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, law or related field.
