Senior Director, Consulting

As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for :

• Leading business development efforts and securing new consulting engagements.
• Delivering consulting projects and guiding teams to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Using data to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive implementation with clients.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Developing and evolving the consulting service offerings, while contributing thought leadership materials.

What You Bring to the Role :

• 15+ years of consulting experience, with a proven track record of success in the industry.
• An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Expertise in financial services or payments industry, with deep knowledge in portfolio, risk, or digital practices.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and presentation skills.
• A results-driven, customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel modeling.
• Experience working with senior executives (C-suite) and managing cross-functional teams.

This is a hybrid role, where youll have the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office, as agreed with your hiring manager.
