Senior Digital Strategist required in Johannesburg.

You will manage the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies, manage a team, oversee budgets, and drive revenue growth through various online channels, while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy, as well as unity between digital channels.
  • Overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEM, PPC, and social media.
  • Leading and mentoring the digital marketing team to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Managing and allocating the digital marketing budget across departments, ensuring resource is effectively allocated to maximise return on investment.
  • Conducting regular market and competitor research to identify trends and strategies to inform future digital activity.
  • Tracking and reporting on KPIs across digital platforms to ensure return on investment is being achieved, and making subsequent informed decisions.
