Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital content production, with a significant focus on interactive media and project management.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, CMS, and web development basics.
Portfolio showcasing exceptional interactive digital content is essential.
Knowledge of the creative industries within South Africa is a significant advantage.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the production of engaging and interactive digital content, including web series, interactive articles, social media campaigns, and immersive experiences.
Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, writers, and developers to translate concepts into compelling digital products.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and successful delivery of content.
Oversee the content creation workflow, from concept development and scripting to asset production and final integration.
Conduct user research and analyze performance metrics to inform content strategy and optimize user engagement.
Stay current with emerging digital media trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal requirements.
Facilitate cross-functional team communication and problem-solving throughout the production lifecycle.
Present project proposals and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Mentor junior producers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the quality of all digital content.
