The role is accountable for the full Paid Media function, ongoing maintenance of multiple paid-media accounts and team management. A very high standard of attention to detail and constant performance optimisation is necessary.
Responsibilities:
Manage, run, optimize, and report back on Paid Advertising channels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to: Google advertising, META, X, and TikTok.
Video (YouTube) managing paid advertising budgets optimally to achieve business KPI's.
Assist business departments with paid advertising requirements, reporting, analysis, and strategies.
Keep up to date with changes in the digital industry and set up tests to determine the viability of these new changes on our internal paid advertising.
Work closely with the Head of Design to deliver relevant, high-quality Ads and compelling copy.
Build and track sales forecasts and drive campaigns to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Ensure a high level of performance monitoring and attention to detail.
Execute rapid deployment of online campaigns based on the needs of each business.
Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and produce actionable insights and reports.
Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of paid marketing campaigns.
Oversee and optimize budget allocation to ensure efficient use of resources while maximizing campaign performance.
Build team and people capabilities through coaching and feedback, performance management activities, and supporting employee development.
Proactively manage change initiatives within the team.
Role model the behaviors that support and drive the Flash culture and values.
Minimum Requirements:
5 – 7 years' verifiable experience and successful track record in a Performance Marketing role including team management.
Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing or similar.
At least 3 years in a Senior position managing a team.
Experience working with high budgets.
Working knowledge of media analytics software.
Experience in running Google and Meta adverts at a high level.
Experience in running Ads on other digital platforms (Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
