A leading marketing company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels. The successful candidate will manage budgets, optimize campaigns for business KPIs, and ensure the effective performance of advertising strategies while coaching and developing the marketing team.
Responsibilities :
Manage, run, optimize, and report on paid advertising channels daily, weekly, and monthly to internal and external stakeholders. These include but are not limited to Google Ads, META, X, and TikTok.
Handle Display & Video 360 campaigns (acquisition & remarketing).
App Install & App Engagement (Acquisition & Retention):
Manage paid advertising budgets to achieve business KPIs.
Assist business departments with paid advertising requirements, reporting, analysis, and strategies.
Help departments understand and implement digital advertising requests. Stay updated on industry changes and test new strategies for internal campaigns.
Collaborate with the Head of Design to deliver high-quality ads and compelling copy.
Build sales forecasts and drive campaigns to meet revenue targets.
High performance monitoring and attention to detail.
Execute rapid deployment of online campaigns based on business needs.
Leverage analytics tools for performance monitoring, conduct A/B testing, and generate actionable insights and reports.
Budget Management : Oversee and optimize budget allocation for resource efficiency and maximum campaign performance.
Maintain a holistic view of the marketing funnel across various ad accounts and multitask effectively.
Build team and capabilities through:
Providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Completing performance reviews and managing employee development.
Hiring, retaining high performers, and addressing poor performance.
Manage change initiatives proactively, ensuring smooth transitions.
Model behaviors that support Flash's culture and values.
