We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Share Plan System team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing systems and supporting new development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business partners to provide recommendations for technology decisions, including package selection, systems design, and modifications.
2. Consult with development and project teams to resolve complex technical issues.
3. Establish, maintain, and ensure compliance with standards and procedures for design, development, testing, and documentation, ensuring high-quality, reliable systems that meet or exceed business needs.
4. Formulate technical direction for new or modified web applications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant Diploma / Degree in Information Technology.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with C#.
• Experience with .NET Web API, .NET Core, and MVC.
• Proficiency with Azure, including microservices architecture and databases such as Cosmos DB and SQL.
• Deep understanding of application architecture, Java Service-Oriented models, and design patterns.
• Solid knowledge of working with different databases in Azure.
• Experience with React, ADO, and OO design principles.
