Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree or Equivalent NQF level 6 / 7 Qualification in IT / Computer Science
• A minimum of 5 years development experience
• Experience working in an AGILE Development environment

Additional advantageous experience:

• DevOps Insurance industry experience
• RESTful and WCF
• Knowledge of SharePoint and BPM software

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
• Expand existing programs to increase efficiency or support new requirements
• Perform systems analysis and formulate technical designs
• Write or contribute to user instructions or manuals
• Ensure SDLC compliance
• Standardize system interaction processes, including APIs
• Assist in refining existing systems architecture
• Ensure legal and statutory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior developers
• Stay updated with emerging technologies
• Maintain code quality, scalability, and reliability
