Perform advanced root cause analysis on bugs and databases.

Configure and maintain in-house schedules and scripting.

Automate processes and implement efficient workflows.

Ensure application solutions meet business needs while remaining agile and adaptable for future demands.

Manage the design (technical specs), building, and sustainability of in-house applications, adhering to SDLC and change control processes.

Oversee integration, manageability, and sustainability of hosted or procured system applications.

Apply governance and compliance principles to mitigate risks and ensure security.
