  • Matric coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in desktop support with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle escalations
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to commence employment immediately

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues
  • Lead key projects like system upgrades, software migrations, etc.
  • Mentor junior support staff and manage escalations to ensure fast, effective solutions
  • Work closely with the IT teams to enhance overall infrastructure and user satisfaction
  • Maintain system security and compliance with the latest patches, updates, and configurations
