Job summary

LabourLinq Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Design Lead to head a talented design team, shape design strategy and deliver outstanding user experiences across digital products. This contract role requires guiding multiple squads and driving design excellence.

The position calls for 7–10 years in Product, UX/UI or Digital Design, plus 1–2 years in people management. Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years people management experience.
• Experience leading design teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, UX/UI, Product Design, and Design Systems.

• Project Management experience.
• Design qualification/certification advantageous.
