You will be based in our McKinsey office in Johannesburg, as part of our delivery assurance offering, working closely and in partnership with the client's senior management and their specialist departments.

You will implement transformation office projects specifically in the Financial Services Sector, ensuring long-term impact delivery.

As a Senior Delivery Manager :

• You will lead transformation projects, engaging deeply across our clients’ organizations, building capabilities, systems, and processes to deliver measurable results and ensure sustainability.
• You will lead, coach, and motivate your team of consultants and client employees on each project.
• You will act as a subject matter expert, combining experience with strong problem-solving skills to derive insights and provide solid recommendations for clients.
• You will contribute to the growth strategy of our Delivery Assurance group and take responsibility for the development of the firm.
• You will work in a stimulating, human environment that values quality of life at work.
• Require 8+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or project implementation, such as in a Transformation Office context.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• Have a proven track record in organizational development, transformational delivery, or productivity and performance improvement.
• Experience in developing business unit strategies and leading large-scale change programs, with a focus on building strong relationships with senior clients.
• Experience in leading teams and empowering team members to achieve impact.
