Who You'll Work With

Your impact within our firm

You will implement transformation office projects in the private sector, ensuring long-term impact delivery. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will lead business transformation and people change projects, including restructuring, execution of turnaround, and post-merger implementation, engaging deeply across our clients' businesses. You will work in teams to build the capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results are sustained.

You will also lead, coach, and motivate your team of consultants and client employees in each project. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert, combining experience with strong problem-solving abilities to derive business insights and solid recommendations for clients.

Another aspect of your impact is contributing to the implementation of our Delivery group's growth strategy. You will take responsibility for the development of the firm and grow in a stimulating, human-centered environment where quality of life at work is valued.

Your qualifications and skills
  • 8+ years of professional experience, including some in a consulting environment with high problem-solving ability
  • 2+ years of experience delivering and executing large-scale business transformation projects such as turnaround, restructuring, M&A PMI, post-merger implementation, capability building, organizational structure, and setting up a Transformation office
  • 3+ years of industry sector expertise in GEM Mining, Financial Services Banking, or Telecommunications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a financial or similar field, with a strong academic record
  • Experience developing business unit strategy and leading large-scale change programs, preferably with strong relationships with senior clients
  • Experience leading people and building teams, empowering team members to achieve impact
  • Enjoyment of the flexibility and agility required in a consulting environment
  • Experience conducting workshops and coaching sessions
  • Driven by creating long-lasting impact and leading teams to achieve results
