Job summary

Human Accent is seeking a Debtors Manager based at our Parktown office to lead end-to-end accounts receivable, governance and cash cycle improvements.

You will develop the debtors team, drive accurate forecasts, manage credit risk, and ensure tender compliance while maintaining customer master data integrity.

Experience in pharmaceutical/FMCG is preferred; 6+ years AR, 3+ years in leadership, ERP systems and advanced Excel are required.

Qualifications

• End-to-end management of accounts receivable including governance and working capital management.
• Accountability for cash collections, forecasting and risk controls.
• Maintenance of customer master data and compliance with credit policies.
• Leadership of debtors team and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve debtors day targets and minimise aged debt.
• Deliver accurate weekly and monthly collections forecasts.
• Oversee tender account reconciliations and payment cycles.
• Monitor credit exposure and insurance compliance.
• Lead investigations and root-cause analysis for claims and deductions.
