Adfusion Contract Management Services (Pty) Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end distribution centre functionality. You will lead people, finance, processes, and SHEQ, ensuring high client satisfaction and efficient inbound/outbound flows.

The role requires at least 5 years of warehouse/logistics management experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of BCEA/IR processes. A Gr 12 and a BCom/Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics are essential.

Qualifikationen

• TES industry experience would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferably in a warehouse/logistics/supply chain environment.
• Exposure to unionized environments would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of BCEA and management of IR processes.

Aufgaben

• People management: staffing, development, and HR policy adherence.
• Process management: ensure WMS compliance and budgeting per client.
• Finance management: monitor staff expenditure and cost controls.
• Client relationship: deliver OTIF targets and protect client assets.
• Risk and SHEQ management: implement and report on safety programs.
