Qualifications

• 5-7 years Broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the programming code to create the solutions.
• 8-10 years Experience in modern engineering practices i.e. dev ops, agile etc.
• Proven experience across multiple, broad IT Engineering disciplines, with demonstrated specialisation in at least one.

Responsibilities

• Engineer bespoke applications to automate manual workflows and deliver dashboards.
• Collaborate with delivery, risk operations and strategy teams to identify friction and build practical solutions.
• Contribute to faster, more efficient and more transparent operations across the organization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
