Isanqa Resourcing is seeking an Advanced Data Engineer to join the core Data Science and Engineering team within their global IT Hub, driving Volume & Capacity Management and QMT Frontdesk.

This role entails implementing analytical algorithms, designing mathematical models for machine learning optimization, and building scalable big data pipelines on AWS across Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn, with home office rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of data science and engineering experience.
• Strong background in mathematics and statistics.
• Extensive commercial experience applying Machine Learning to solve real-world operational problems.

Responsibilities

• Algorithmic development for complex optimization and capacity planning challenges.
• Large-scale data processing in high-volume production environments.
• End-to-end lifecycle delivery of big data solutions.
• Collaborate across DevOps feature squads to automate analytics pipelines into distributed compute clusters.
