Role Overview:

As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll lead and deliver enterprise-level data solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and manage resources across the software development lifecycle.

• Hybrid role based inJHB North and surrounds
• (Remote flexibility + on-site collaboration as needed)

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experiencein Data Engineering or similar
• Strong SQL skills (3–5+ years) andSSIS–Essential
• Experience in thebanking sectorandconsulting–Highly preferred
• Azure & Power BI –Very beneficial
• Leadership experience (direct or project-related reports) –Highly preferred
• Strong grasp of Agile, SDLC, and project delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven success in managing multiple projects in high-stakes environments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) –a plus
