Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Data-Focused Business Analyst with deep expertise in process improvement, data insights, and system migrations. This role involves analysing business operations, mapping out improvements, and leading the implementation of streamlined, data-driven processes to support enterprise-wide projects.




Role Purpose:
To lead data analysis and process redesign efforts from current state assessments to post-implementation support, ensuring optimized efficiency, process standardization, and automated workflows with defined exception management.


Key Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business and data requirements.
  
  
  
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  
  
  
• Facilitate process workshops and map existing and future state workflows using tools like Lucid or Bizagi.
  
  
  
• Proactively identify operational inefficiencies, root causes, and opportunities for automation.
  
  
  
• Design, validate, and implement effective business processes and systems aligned to strategic goals.
  
  
  
• Support testing, training, and change management throughout implementation cycles.
  
  
  
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and contribute to roadmap planning for analytics and process solutions.
  
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant degree in IT, Data Science, Informatics, or equivalent.
  
  
  
• 8+ years’ experience in business analysis and data modelling or data analysis.
  
  
  
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and on system migration projects.
  
  
  
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is advantageous.
  
  
  
• Strong working knowledge of data tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel), business process modelling (Lucid, Bizagi), and collaboration platforms (Jira, Microsoft Suite).
