Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large, complex datasets from diverse scientific sources.
• Perform in-depth statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and trends.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate data needs into solutions.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations.
• Propose and implement improvements to data collection, analysis methodologies, and reporting.
