Job summary

iiDENTIFii, based in Cape Town with a remote-first culture, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to turn data into actionable decisions. You will own core reporting, build dashboards, and drive analytics from framing questions to embedding recommendations across product, engineering and commercial teams.

You will apply advanced SQL and Python, perform cohort analysis and forecasting, and mentor junior analysts as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• 5+ years of BI and data visualisation experience.
• Strong track record delivering analytics independently in agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, CS, Economics or related field.
• Exposure to regulated/high-integrity environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting for key business metrics with consistent definitions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-service tools for teams.
• Lead recurring client reporting and explain numbers to client teams.
• Handle ad-hoc requests with clear, actionable answers and sensible prioritisation.
• Match the right visualization tool to audience and question.
