Key Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently gather, manipulate, and analyze time-series data, developing expertise on sources and methodologies behind the data.
  2. Assist in migrating data, metadata, and calculation methodologies from legacy systems to a new platform utilizing Python, APIs, and other technologies.
  3. Set up and run forecast models, review outputs, and seek continuous improvements in models and methodologies.
  4. Collaborate with research analysts to ensure accurate, timely data in products, and develop new content sets and products using acquired expertise.
  5. Supervise and support junior data analysts, coordinating data projects proactively.
  6. Maintain knowledge of sources, availability, and methodologies of publicly available economic data.

  • You have academic or professional experience working with macroeconomic or time-series data.
  • You are proficient in Python, especially web-scraping, APIs, or data manipulation.
  • You possess strong Excel skills, including formulas and techniques.
