SENIOR DAIRY FARM MANAGER

Westrand Area – Gauteng: Our client is looking for a Senior Dairy Farm Manager with an ownership mentality to join the team.

POSITION INFO: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Agriculture or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience on a dairy farm
• Ability to motivate and work with a team
• Strong record of management skills
• Computer literate
• Must be a hands-on person, hard-working, deadline-driven, and diligent
• Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to speak Sesotho
• Maintenance oriented
• Valid driver’s license
